W Sport Scouting was founded by Vuk Vučković, a former football player from Mesa T-Bird colledge team in Mesa, AZ. Before Mesa, he played football at Kraljevo Royal Crowns, Kragujevac Wild Boars, and also for Serbian National Team. Vuckovic was scouted and selected by former ASU Coach Gene Felker to Mesa Community College. For two years he played on TE position and learned this brilliant game. His team won Valley of the Sun Bowl, and he was playing as a starter on this position. While he attended college in USA he didnt stop at playing. He wanted to bring USA way of playing to Serbia. He received numerous athletic awards with all teams. He attended Theory of coaching classes that helped him understand and became a Coach in Serbia.
Vučković got his coaching licence, and now he's back in Serbia and started "W Sports Scouting" agency that will help talented youth in Serbia to play football on next level. While at Serbia back, he became involved in many football activities while coaching football. He is currently a sports scout official and enjoys coaching football to help cultivate young talent. Vučković is getting his BA master degree.

W Sport Scouting started to operate in Serbia as a leading integration system in recruiting young talented athletes in region. Main mission this organization is connecting young athletes with other scouting agencies, colleges and clubs in USA, Canada and Europe. W Sport Scouting is organization which gathers sports experts for purpose of sports development through creating new opportunities and developing desirable conditions for young talented athletes. In achieving that goal, W Sport Scouting cooperates with various sports and other organizations and institutions. WSS partners are reputable scouting agencies from Maryland and New York which provides correlation on over 2500 colleges in USA, Canada and with other scouting agencies/organizations in Europe. With support and cooperation with SAFS (Serbian Association of American Football), WSS started to operate on Serbian ground in September of 2009, through scouting young talented athletes during Serbian Junior League in American football. Director and one of the founders WSS, Vuk Vuckovic says:”W Sport Scouting covers all sports and have exclusive rights to recruit athletes in cooperation with two very influential scouting agencies in USA. Again, I have most experience in American football, therefore currently I focused activity of WSS on this sport. After graduation from USA college I came back to Serbia, and now I want to help young talented athletes to reach next level in their sports careers. I believe through acting of WSS in Serbia we will create successful cooperation in this business.”
